I just wanted to say that I think what I like most about your service is your prompt, cordial, and comprehensible technical support staff. Almost every time I have a server problem that I can not solve, they seem to go beyond their call of duty to help me out. Their patience in dealing with the requests for help by numerous less-experienced and probably naive customers (myself included) is remarkable, especially considering the impersonal nature of communication.
