In order to ensure a high level of confidence and trust in our service, an AT101 SOC 2 Type 2 audit has been performed on all business practices and facilities by a 3rd party. This third party is registered to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) who generates the report outlining how we mitigate defined risks for our organization and facilities, including the testing methodology and results for the defined controls.
- AT Section 101 stands for the "Attestation Standards" from section 101 within the codification standards. In simpler terms, AT Section 101 is the professional attest standard that the 3rd party auditors use for creation of the report.
- The SOC 2 report focuses on a business’s non-financial reporting controls as they relate to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a system.
- Type 2 means that controls have been audited to be in place over a period of time, as opposed to at a single point in time.
We have determined this report to be the most pertinent to our service offerings and reports are available in contiguous periods to ensure we are following our controls at all times. Many other reports or certifications will only relate to a specific day with no assurances those practices are being followed on a continual basis.
